Letter from Gotham addresses the fundamental flaw and hypocrisy of mandatory child support laws. Diane E. writes, "If you believe that the woman should have 100% of the life and death power over the fetus, then you cannot believe that the man has 50% of the responsibility of the free choice she has made." She continues by noting these laws provide a disincentive to marry. Read more HERE.
